Especially for our Muslim community we ensure that we provide 100% HMC halal meat. Our unique design for the store sets us apart from the rest.

Our marinated meat is prepared on site using our secret recipes and fresh ingredients, there is nothing artificial added to our marinades. Marinated meat is usually prepared and stored for 24 hours prior to being put on display, however we are happy to marinade your purchase on site.

Our prep room provides customers with the opportunity to have a look at the work area for our butchers and staff. We want to show our customers that our work area for cutting, washing and packing is maintained at a high standard by following a strict policy to prevent a dip in quality in our fresh meat. The work area for our butchers is kept in a separate and temperature controlled environment, the machinery we use to cut/mince meat are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
